ScannerDigest Newsletter...
.....is still up and running. We ask our subscribers and those who browse the SDN website to have patience as we migrate to a new server.
We are also recruiting some new volunteer staff writers to contribute articles of interest in the "Scanning" hobby. Those who have requested subscriptions will be notified when they will placed on our distribution list. We are going through the tedious task of purging through our mailing list of over 4500 subscribers, to remove stale addresses that auto-return and backup our distribution process.

We received numerous requests to provide older back issues of the newsletter. Although they are listed, no link has been created to download these older newsletters. SDN Issues 22 to 67 are available in PDF format but have not yet but uploaded to the site.
We ask for your patience as we attempt to make our archive section complete.

His guide is a great reference source for many of the public safety radio communication systems in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Those interested in viewing the files need to first register first, then once registered and approved can access the Philly Guide Book under the "files" section. You'll find the files broken down in sections under the Philly Guide folder.
